On that screen you can adjust the audio buffer size using the sliding bar at the bottom of the window.On the left-hand side, click on the "+" to the left of your audio interface, then enable the inputs and outputs by clicking on the "power button" next to them.
Choose ASIO as the Driver Type and ASIO4ALL v2 as the Audio Device:.Launch Live and open Live's Preferences -> Audio.

Download and install the latest version of ASIO4ALL. For USB audio operation on Windows computers, it is necessary to download and install the Quad Cortex ASIO driver from our website. However, if your interface does not come with a native ASIO driver, or if you are experiencing issues using the current driver then you can use ASIO4ALL instead. It uses WDM Kernel-Streaming and sometimes even more sophisticated methods to achieve its objectives. If your audio interface already has a native ASIO driver, we recommend to use. After more searching I found this process (described below) which once finished, allowed me to install the Behringer 2.8.40 drivers and now you can properly see Behringer USB driver option in your DAW and in Windows Sound Setting (access by right click your speaker icon in bottom right task bar). ASIO4ALL is a hardware independent low latency ASIO driver for WDM audio devices. 
If your audio interface already has a native ASIO driver, we recommend to use that. Also try closing and re-opening the control panel, unplugging/re-inserting USB audio devices and/or reinstalling the Windows (WDM) driver for the audio device.
